I am truly sorry for your loss. Death is always painful, and especially so with someone young and who has children to raise. Keep in mind that the whole idea of moshiach and redemption is in the authors words below. In the moment before the ressurection of the dead happens, we all will experience a moment of death and then awaken. This is a cleansing process we all will go through. While you might not see your daughter in law in the physical sense, her soul is very much alive and well and is exactly where it needs to be at this moment in time. The moshiach will come, as will the resurrection of the dead. There will be a brighter tomorrow.

"I realize that though I get more desperate with each chilling day, I also know with certainty that each passing day draws us one day closer to a better, brighter and warmer tomorrow." - Hinda Tikvah bat Esther

Talk about Moshiach

You write beautifully. It was how many years ago that you taught at the women's institute at the Shari Tfilla. To be able to have hope for a bright future is such a challenge with so much suffering. My daughter-in-law. Alte Bracha Miriam alevesholm, passed away on Jan 14th of breast cancer. Is this corban(cancer) in people predicted in the birth pangs of moshiach. The bombings, the golus gov't that is hurting our people by giving away what the torah says is ours to keep, anti-semitism...amalek being so sophisticated destroying the moral fiber of humanity through the computers and TV. The blackness before the dawn. Focusing on the beauty by watching your children is beautiful. I look at my grandson and find it hard to believe the G-d that creates such wonder and miracles also is the G-d of such destruction. The G-d who blessed me with a daughter allowed her to suffer beyond words. Suffering and more suffering and I only pray that we merit a cure for cancer and that Moshiach will come soon. - Sara Bracha
